The keynote speaker was Professor Ouyang Kang, Doctor of. Philosophical Sciences, Director of the Institute of Philosophy and Dean of the Institute of State Governance at the Huazhong University of Science and Technology (PRC), and Honorary Director at the Research Center of Social Epistemology.

The discussion featured specialists, faculty, students, and postgraduates from the Faculty of Global Studies at Lomonosov Moscow State University. The seminar was moderated by Doctor of Philosophical Sciences, Professor of Moscow State University A.N. Chumakov.
